Getting Started With Placez

Please read the instructions below and make sure to include all necessary attachments at the bottom.

Step 1:  The Floorplan
  • We need a drawing (to scale) of your venue or ‘place’.  Please note any doors, columns, or any fixed objects in the venue.
  • Please provide at least 1 dimension so we accurately scale it. (Include as an attachment below)
Step 2:  The Photosphere
  • Select the location you wish to take the photosphere (it should have the best view of the entire venue)
  • Take the photo at a camera elevation of 60 – 70 inches (Please note that elevation for us. Please include that as a separate word or txt document below.)

Once we have the floorplan and photosphere, we will create your Placez Floorplan.

Then we’ll load your photosphere and position it in the venue:

Finally, we’ll create a sample banquet using your venue:
